In 2018, TATI deployed Microsoft 365 to provide Collaboration capabilities across its organization. The deployment positioned Microsoft 365 as the primary Collaboration platform for the 850 employee French retailer.
Implementation concentrated on core Microsoft 365 services including email and calendaring, document management and intranet through SharePoint Online, chat and meeting services via Microsoft Teams, and cloud file storage with OneDrive. Configuration work included tenant setup, license assignment aligned to user roles, and collaboration governance such as access controls and sharing policies.
Microsoft 365 is surfaced on TATI's website indicating a web facing presence for the service. Operational coverage extended to corporate functions including merchandising, store operations, finance and human resources, where Collaboration functionality supported internal communication and document workflows.
Governance and operational controls were organized through centralized tenant administration, role based provisioning workflows and policy enforcement for information protection and compliance. TATI Microsoft 365 Collaboration supported productivity, internal communications and file collaboration across the organization.

In 2011, TATI implemented Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices (formerly Kofax ReadSoft Invoices) to standardize supplier invoice intake and processing within its retail operations. The deployment focused on Accounts Payable and supplier accounting functions for the France organization and supported back office teams responsible for import, export, and inventory accounting.
Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices was configured for core Intelligent Document Processing capabilities including multi-format invoice capture, optical character recognition, automated data extraction, line item and header validation, and reconciliation with purchase orders. The implementation supported dematerialization workflows that handled approximately 40,000 supplier invoices per year, and integrated invoice validation and exception handling into existing AP workflows.
The solution was integrated with Basware dematerialization processes and with CODA for financial posting, enabling automated handoff of validated invoice data to the general ledger. Operational coverage included AP accounting teams, procurement order reconciliation, and inventory accounting activities at store and warehouse levels, aligning electronic invoice capture with existing inventory and purchasing records.
Governance and operational control were structured around the AP organization, where a team of accountants and an Accounts Payable Manager managed invoice validation, month end accruals including FNP and CCA, VAT and eco-tax handling, and aging monitoring. The implementation centralized invoice dematerialization and reconciliation workflows, connecting ReadSoft processing rules with Basware and CODA to support ongoing supplier payment and accounting cycles.

In 2015, TATI deployed WSHOP eCommerce on its public website tati.fr to operate its online retail channel. The WSHOP eCommerce implementation became the company’s primary eCommerce platform, explicitly supporting direct-to-consumer merchandising and online transactions.
The implementation focused on core eCommerce functional modules common to the category, including product catalog management, SKU and pricing configuration, merchandising and promotions engines, content management for product pages, site search and navigation, shopping cart and checkout workflows, customer account management, and order capture with basic order management capabilities. WSHOP eCommerce was configured to present catalog and promotional rules on the public site while handling shopping cart state and checkout flows.
Operationally the platform centralized online merchandising, marketing, customer care, and fulfillment coordination for TATI’s web business in France, consolidating product and promotional control within the WSHOP eCommerce environment. Governance and operational ownership aligned around a centralized eCommerce function, with the platform serving as the primary system of record for online product content and order intake.
