In 2021 Taylor Rose deployed Cezanne HR People Management as its Core HR solution to centralize people data and standardize HR processes across its 594 person organization in the United Kingdom. The deployment coincided with a 12 month engagement concluding in 2021, with implementation activity led from the Peterborough HR function reporting to the HR Director and supported by a Senior HR Manager role focused on operationalizing the new system. The implementation configured Cezanne HR People Management to support core functional workflows including onboarding, performance management, training and development planning, and people reporting. Cezanne HRIS was explicitly used to provide people data that fed annual appraisal cycles, informed training plans, and supported a new Performance Management program designed to identify talent and develop internal skills. Operational coverage extended across the business with the HR team, Heads of Departments, Senior Leadership and remote workers engaged in the rollout. The program included training for Heads of Departments to enable consistent use of HR policies and procedures, and an onboarding program designed to embed new employees into the business while ensuring remote workers received equivalent induction quality. Governance and process changes were led through a People Strategy intended to improve culture, service quality and individual performance, with HR owning day to day leadership of projects and providing expert advice to senior managers. The implementation structured objectives so goals were clearly linked to the HR strategy and supported positioning Taylor Rose as an employer of choice through updated onboarding, appraisal driven training plans and centralized people data in Cezanne HR People Management.
