The implementation configured Cezanne HR People Management to support core functional workflows including onboarding, performance management, training and development planning, and people reporting. Cezanne HRIS was explicitly used to provide people data that fed annual appraisal cycles, informed training plans, and supported a new Performance Management program designed to identify talent and develop internal skills.
Operational coverage extended across the business with the HR team, Heads of Departments, Senior Leadership and remote workers engaged in the rollout. The program included training for Heads of Departments to enable consistent use of HR policies and procedures, and an onboarding program designed to embed new employees into the business while ensuring remote workers received equivalent induction quality.
