COINS Global Legacy COINS HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 TClarke implemented COINS HCM for Core HR to centralize employee records and apprenticeship administration within its HR function. TClarke is a quoted building services company with 1204 employees and used COINS HCM to support day to day HR operational workloads across its HR Department. The deployment concentrated on employee master data management, apprenticeship lifecycle tracking for 80 electrical and mechanical apprentices through Stages 1 to 4, onboarding and contract issuance workflows, and disciplinary and performance case recording. COINS HCM was the system of record for entering and maintaining HR data for all employees, and it was used to manage the Government Apprenticeship Levy account and to produce structured apprenticeship stage reporting. Operational coverage included the central HR Department under the HR Director, with the Apprenticeship Manager and HR Assistant operating COINS HCM to allocate apprentices to construction sites, arrange inductions for labour transfers, and compile quarterly progress reports for directors. The HR processes embedded coordination with the external training provider JTL and with regional colleges, ensuring training and assessment activities were reflected in COINS HCM workflows. Governance and workflow changes focused on formalizing selection and induction processes, documenting disciplinary and performance management meetings, and creating consistent training allocation procedures within COINS HCM. The implementation emphasized Core HR capabilities in COINS HCM including employee data, onboarding, apprenticeship administration, case management, and levy accounting to support HR operations at TClarke.

COINS Global Legacy COINS ERP Construction ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, TClarke implemented COINS ERP as the group-wide Construction ERP platform to consolidate financial and contract reporting across its 16 UK locations. The deployment was positioned to centralize accounting, management reporting and contract accounting, with COINS ERP serving as the single source of financial truth for a publicly listed mechanical and electrical contractor and building services group. The COINS ERP implementation focused on core finance and contract management capabilities, including management accounting, cash flow reporting and KPI-driven variance and prospective reporting. COINS ERP was configured to support a rolling three year business planning process and detailed financial models, enabling consistent business unit plans and consolidated group reporting. Operational coverage extended to the Group Finance function, which comprised approximately 50 finance staff and six direct reports to the Group Finance Director, and encompassed statutory reporting for multiple operating entities. The implementation consolidated disparate local accounting systems onto COINS ERP and supported strengthened commercial reporting across project teams and the executive board. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical rollout, with the Group Finance Director leading the design of new controls, contract reporting procedures and a group-wide risk reporting framework. The program enabled the creation of a Shared Service Centre and introduction of regional finance business partners, reshaping finance operating model and internal workflows to align with COINS ERP processes. Documented outcomes tied to the period of COINS ERP adoption include successful consolidation of accounting systems onto a common platform, a 20 percent reduction in department costs following finance reorganisation, and broader financial improvements reported by the board including increased revenue, higher profits and strengthened net cash positions.

Contentsquare Legacy Hotjar Customer Experience CRM n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, TClarke implemented Hotjar on its corporate website to capture user behavior and on‑page feedback as part of a Customer Experience initiative. The deployment centers on client side instrumentation, embedding the Hotjar JavaScript snippet in page templates to enable session recordings, heatmaps, conversion funnel analysis, and on‑site feedback widgets across web properties. Hotjar is deployed on the public site at https://www.tclarke.co.uk/, with sampling and privacy controls configured to align with regional data protection requirements in the United Kingdom. The implementation emphasizes functional modules common to Customer Experience tooling, including session replay, click and scroll heatmaps, conversion funnels, and targeted feedback surveys. Configuration work focused on event and page targeting rules, user segmentation for recordings, and consent flagging to prevent data capture where tracking is not permitted. Hotjar was integrated into the front‑end analytics layer rather than back‑end systems, providing UX and marketing teams with behavioral diagnostics and qualitative feedback to inform iterative content and form design. Operational ownership and governance were structured around digital experience and marketing stakeholders, who triage incoming feedback and recordings into product, recruitment, and customer service workflows. Data governance controls, retention policies, and cookie consent alignment were applied to ensure compliance with UK privacy requirements and to limit collection to actionable user journeys. The TClarke Hotjar deployment establishes a front‑end behavioral analytics capability within the Customer Experience stack, supporting continuous improvement of site navigation, form conversions, and user engagement workflows.
