Appogee Legacy Appogee HR Core HR HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, TDB Fusion moved the company’s HR operations across to Appogee HR, an Online cloud-based HR application. Andrea, the company’s HR and Finance Assistant who supports the Office Manager, coordinated the internal move and served as the primary administrator during the transition for the UK based software firm of 60 employees. The implementation centered on core human resources capabilities consistent with Online cloud-based HR systems, including central employee record management, absence and leave tracking, employee self-service and document management, and HR reporting plus workflow automation for routine approvals. Configuration work emphasized role based access and policy templates to align Appogee HR with TDB Fusion’s existing personnel and compliance procedures. Deployment used Appogee HR as a cloud hosted SaaS service to provide browser based access across the company, with administration handled in-house by the HR and Finance Assistant and oversight by the Office Manager. Operational scope covered company wide HR and Finance functions within the United Kingdom, supporting employee lifecycle activities and day to day workforce administration. Governance activities focused on consolidating HR processes into Appogee HR, establishing user provisioning, approval routing and record retention workflows, and assigning ongoing administration responsibilities to internal HR and finance personnel. The TDB Fusion Appogee HR Online cloud-based HR rollout was executed as an internal program led by HR and office administration to centralize workforce data and standardize HR operational processes.
