Operational scope covered company wide HR and Finance functions within the United Kingdom, supporting employee lifecycle activities and day to day workforce administration.
Governance activities focused on consolidating HR processes into Appogee HR, establishing user provisioning, approval routing and record retention workflows, and assigning ongoing administration responsibilities to internal HR and finance personnel. The TDB Fusion Appogee HR Online cloud-based HR rollout was executed as an internal program led by HR and office administration to centralize workforce data and standardize HR operational processes.
