The implementation focused on Appogee HR Essentials as the core HR package from Appogee, configured to support centralised employee records, absence and leave management, configurable workflows, and employee self-service. Operational responsibilities were shifted to enable the Operations Manager to configure system settings and manage the full HR process for all staff, reducing manual HR administration tasks.
Singletrack reported the upgrade was very straightforward with no issues at all, and the company highlighted measurable time savings on HR administration.
