| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Expense | Expense Management | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, TeamWork implemented SAP Concur Expense to centralize Expense Management across its international organization. The deployment addressed an aging expense interface and inefficient validation workflows that required substantial processing and verification time, a constraint described by Mikaël Bonin, project manager leading the deployment and Managing Director of the SAP structure for TeamWork in Lyon.
SAP Concur Expense was configured to automate approval flows, standardize expense reporting, and provide web and mobile capture and submission capabilities, aligning with Expense Management functional workflows such as expense report creation, receipt capture, itemization, and multi-level approvals. The implementation included accountancy integration to support electronic posting and streamlined financial reconciliation, and it now supports nearly 500 expense reports per month across TeamWork entities in 10 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.
Governance and rollout were led by Mikaël Bonin with a focus on standardizing validation workflows and digitizing the user experience to simplify employee submissions and approver actions. Business functions impacted include finance and employee expense management at both corporate and local entity levels, with centralized policy enforcement and automated approval routing implemented through SAP Concur Expense to improve day to day expense processing.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, TeamWork implemented Microsoft 365 as a Collaboration platform. The Microsoft 365 deployment is referenced on their public website and is used to support corporate collaboration functions across the organization. The implementation was provisioned as a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant, providing centralized identity and access controls for authentication and web content publishing. This configuration reflects use of Microsoft 365 for both externally visible web assets and internal collaborative workflows.
Configuration aligns with common Collaboration modules in Microsoft 365 such as hosted email, SharePoint document management, OneDrive file storage, and Teams real-time communication to support email, document collaboration, content publishing, and messaging workflows. Governance appears focused on tenant administration, role-based access controls, and content governance to manage web-visible assets and internal collaboration, with configuration scoped to TeamWork as a professional services organization. The TeamWork Microsoft 365 Collaboration deployment therefore connects the application to business functions including corporate communications, knowledge management, and collaborative delivery of services.
