In 2021 Techno-Fab implemented Mdf k-eCommerce to deploy its first ERP integrated transactional B2B webstore. The deployment used the eCommerce application to introduce online ordering across North America and to centralize catalog and pricing control between the digital storefront and ERP.
Configuration focused on catalog management, pricing synchronization and order sync modules within Mdf k-eCommerce to automate order to cash workflows and improve the buyer experience. The implementation included product catalog publishing, customer specific pricing alignment and automated order capture, reflecting typical eCommerce platform capabilities for B2B transactional sites.
Integration work linked Mdf k-eCommerce to Techno-Fab's ERP to synchronize master data, pricing and transactional orders so finance and operations teams could reduce manual reconciliation. Operational scope emphasized sales and order fulfillment functions across North America, with governance adjustments to catalog and pricing approvals to maintain ERP data consistency. The project resulted in improved user experience, automated order to cash processes and increased online revenue across North America as reported in the case study.
