Configuration emphasized modular club workflows and centralized data models to support operational consistency across operator customers and to enable service orchestration typical of Gym Management platforms.
Architecturally the project established cloud integration between Technogym’s mywellness cloud wellness lifestyle CRM and the Exerp platform, completing the world’s first and only lifestyle management open platform through connectivity to proprietary and third party applications. The integration surface included data exchange with popular wearable devices and biometric tracking devices, enabling member activity and biometrics to flow into Exerp ERP for consolidated member profiles and service delivery.
Operational scope extended to fitness operators and the end user experience, enabling business functions in operations, membership sales, customer engagement, and service delivery to leverage unified data. The agreement explicitly increased Technogym’s capability to offer operators new business models and to deliver services both indoor and outdoor through an easy, engaging and seamless interface.
