In 2020, Telenet implemented Exact Globe as its ERP Financial system. The deployment targeted the Telenet Business unit within Belgium and centered on consolidating billing and financial control for an organization of roughly 3,000 employees.
Exact Globe was configured to deliver core ERP Financial capabilities, with an emphasis on general ledger, accounts receivable and invoicing workflows consistent with the category. The implementation included configuration of invoice generation and billing interfaces, and the Exact Globe instance was aligned to support XpertBilling integration and Peppol XML invoicing formats for electronic invoicing.
Integrations were executed against the CRM package via Exact Globe and XpertBilling interfaces, and the technical stack relied on SQL Server for database hosting and administration as indicated by DBA responsibilities. BI integration work created data warehouse feeds and QlikView reporting layers to support financial reporting and operational analytics, establishing a pipeline from Exact Globe transactional data to enterprise reporting.
Governance and rollout were organized with Scrum Master and CRM coordinator functions embedded in the program, while Business and Data Analyst roles focused on interface orchestration and data model stabilization. Technical ownership included SQL Server DBA activities and BI stewardship, ensuring operational handoffs between billing, finance and CRM teams during the Exact Globe ERP Financial implementation.

The system operates in real time against customer interactions to drive personalized outreach and cross sell scenarios while maintaining a single brain for decision governance.
Governance was reorganized around centralized decision management and predictive model deployment to standardize offer acceptance and churn mitigation processes. The Pega Platform implementation produced explicit outcomes reported by Telenet, including a 75% increase in offer acceptance, a 33% increase in cross sell, and a 20% reduction in churn, and provided more granular customer insight to inform future technology planning.
