These integrations supported order to cash and billing to revenue flows, enabling invoice generation and accounting handoff from the billing stack into SAP S/4 HANA Finance. Operational scope covered Telia's end to end telco functional domain, with a dedicated team of over 10 people managing finance configuration, ongoing operations and cross application orchestration. Governance emphasized domain ownership of billing and finance processes, with process orchestration between SAP CRM, SAP CC and SAP S/4 HANA Finance to align billing, collections and financial reporting.

Governance and process changes aligned around proactive monitoring, automated incident routing, and notification rules to identify and notify customers impacted by network initiated incidents. Telia reported that the combined use of the Now Platform and network performance management enables faster issue resolution through data and analytics and drives efficiencies across incident management and service management capabilities.
