The TIM Enterprise deployment integrated directly with a heterogeneous telephony stack, including Genesys Cloud, Genesys ICBM, Genesys Pure Connect, Avaya ASA, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya SBCs, SIP and ISDN trunks, Prognosis monitoring, and Oak call recorders. Operational tasks tied to the implementation included DDI provisioning, IVR announcement setup either on Avaya or via Genesys IP tables, creation of back office and agent accounts on Avaya ASM and Genesys Pure Connect, and support for Genesys Desktop and cloud agent interfaces. Governance and operationalization emphasized telephony incident management, SLA driven queue handling, monthly third party billing review, and vendor relationship management. TIM Enterprise supported onboarding processes for new clients, including announcement and IVR configuration and call routing changes associated with Avaya Aura 8 upgrades and the roll out of Genesys Pure Connect and bullseye routing. Ten Lifestyle Group TIM Enterprise Analytics and BI supported centralized reporting and operational control for contact center and telephony functions.
