In 2019, Ten Square Games implemented Comarch Optima HRM, a Core HR application. The deployment centralized core personnel and payroll workflows for Ten Square Games S.A., anchored at the Wrocław headquarters and extending operational support to the Berlin and Bucharest studios. The initiative focused on formalizing employment documentation and payroll administration to support full time and mandate contracts.
Configuration of Comarch Optima HRM emphasized personnel administration and payroll engines, leveraging Core HR capabilities for contract management, time and attendance accounting, leave and absence tracking, and benefits administration. Functional workflows were configured to produce employment contracts, contracts of mandate, specific work contracts, terminations, labor certificates, and payroll runs for remuneration under employment and mandate arrangements. The payroll setup captured working time, vacation and medical leave records to feed payroll calculations.
Operational processes explicitly incorporated statutory reporting and submission workflows, operating ZUS Płatnik and e PUE for social security filings and generating reports for GUS. The implementation supported administration of employee benefits including health care, Multisport cards, and life insurance, and it underpinned coordination of hiring foreign employees across the Berlin and Bucharest studios. Documentation workflows included maintaining records related to copyright transactions and ongoing monitoring of labor law and tax changes.
Governance rested with HR and payroll specialists who used Comarch Optima HRM to standardize hiring, onboarding, contract issuance, payroll creation, and statutory reporting across sites. Ongoing process controls and compliance checks were implemented to keep payroll and reporting workflows aligned with Polish statutory requirements and with cross border hiring practices. Comarch Optima HRM became the operational core for HR, payroll, compliance and benefits administration within Ten Square Games.
