Operational coverage focuses on maintenance operations, field workforce coordination, asset lifecycle management, and procurement of necessary contractors and tools.
Governance and rollout reflected a centralized operational model, with process standardization for maintenance planning and supervisory oversight implemented through IFS Cloud ERP.
