After one year the hotel reported a 38% revenue increase and approximately 25% higher average room rate, and the case study documents the move to Atomize autopilot for ongoing automated pricing. Governance during rollout focused on onboarding rate rules and automation thresholds, with the system operating as the primary rate decision engine for the property.
