Governance and process changes established a single source of truth for asset master data, role based access controls for maintenance and operations teams, and defined escalation rules for predictive alerts. Rollout was sequenced by asset class and maintenance criticality to align asset stewardship and new maintenance processes across maintenance, operations and procurement functions.
