In 2020, Terreal implemented Cisco Webex Meetings. Cisco Webex Meetings is deployed as an Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution and is surfaced on Terreal's public website to provide meeting access and external conferencing entry points.
The deployment leverages core conferencing modules common to Audio Video and Web Conferencing platforms, including multiparty video, screen sharing, meeting recording, host controls and participant management. | OneStream Software LLC | Legacy | OneStream XF | EPM | EPM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Terreal implemented OneStream XF as its EPM platform to unify consolidation, reporting and planning across the group. The decision followed a period of acquisitions and a reshuffle of the finance leadership, and Terreal selected a phased rollout with implementation support from Nell'Armonia, launching selection in May 2019 and kicking off deployment in July 2019 with a target to be operational for January 2020.
The implementation scope centered on financial consolidation and statutory style reporting, with OneStream XF configured to produce income statement, balance sheet and cashflow reporting as the core financial modules. The platform was also configured for budget collection, operational reporting and planning, encompassing sales reporting and production planning workflows, and was extended to translate forecasts into production budgets for a product catalogue of more than 50,000 items.
OneStream XF was integrated with the ERPs of Terreal entities, enabling the group to consolidate data efficiently while allowing each legal entity to retain its own ERP systems without slowing information transmission. Operational coverage includes three departments worldwide, Finance, Sales and Scheduling, with Human Resources and Planning expressing interest in adopting the platform for non financial reporting needs. The rollout converted monthly management reporting to OneStream for January 2020, establishing a single source of consolidated group data.
Governance and process changes included standardizing reporting formats across entities, automating data collection and mapping steps, and centralizing consolidation workflows to improve autonomy of entity reporting. Outcomes recorded by Terreal include unified reporting and consolidation, accelerated data collection, strengthened data integrity and security, reduced maintenance costs through tool rationalization and reduced personnel costs by not replacing staff who left. Planned next steps explicitly include strengthening rolling forecasting capabilities and facilitating conversion from French reporting standards to IFRS within the OneStream XF environment.
