Operational coverage included rollout across multiple regions with a planned multi-country deployment spanning six continents, with the intent to standardize forecasting and provide corporate finance with consistent, timely access to job- and invoice-level financial data. Governance and rollout were led by IT Business Architect Mary Fuller Breland, who managed initial scoping, process design, vendor selection, and phased implementation across regions. The stated outcomes included standardized regional processes, reduced manual interaction for field workers and managers, and a rugged, easy-to-use scalable system that aligns field operations with corporate finance and supports future expansion into broader asset and work management functions using Kloudgin EAM.
