Mobilize Networks Legacy Mobilize Platform Community Management CRM n/a 2019 2019 In 2019 Texas Association of Counties implemented Mobilize Platform to modernize membership communications and revive member-to-member engagement. The Texas Association of Counties implemented Mobilize Platform, a Community Management application, to replace an antiquated listserv workflow that had limited two way interaction across its network of roughly 30 functional groups. The implementation centralized community capabilities on web and mobile interfaces, and Mobilize Platform was configured to mirror listserv functionality while adding modern modules such as seamless email integration, a searchable member directory, member card signatures in emails and posts, and 1:1 chat for direct connections. Mobilize accommodated TACs strict cyber security and insurance coverage requirements, enabling TAC staff to administer groups and targeted communications without elevating organizational risk. Operational rollout addressed membership communications and group collaboration across TACs functional groups, with half of the groups brought onto the Mobilize Platform within two months. Governance shifted from one to many email blasts toward moderated, targeted community workflows using directory driven audience selection and in platform conversation management. Early outcomes reported by TAC include rapid reactivation of previously quiet groups, platform views at 66 percent and engagement at 35 percent within a few months, indicating improved connection and participation among county members.
