Operational support and governance for CSI Meridian.NET were administered through IT and operations teams, with an IT technician acting as the primary technical liaison for vendor support tickets, application installation on end user workstations, and user provisioning. User accounts were created and managed in Active Directory alongside IT approved software, and day to day responsibilities included troubleshooting application issues across browsers and devices, coordinating vendor escalations for CSI Meridian.NET, and managing data processor workflows for online services, cash management, merchant RDC, and fraud reporting.
