Requirements management techniques and workshop-driven design were used to prioritize functionality and align the Maximo configuration with ANU operational goals. Deployment scope covered core asset lifecycle and maintenance planning processes for ANU facilities and maintenance teams, positioning IBM Maximo as the centralized Enterprise Asset Management platform for maintenance work planning and procurement coordination. Governance and rollout were driven by structured workshops, requirements traceability, and delivery lead oversight from BPD Zenith, with phased configuration decisions and prioritization tied to university objectives.
