Constellation Software Inc. Legacy CSI Harris ERP CitySuite Government ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2022
In 2021 The City Of Daytona Beach, Water Utilities Department implemented CSI Harris ERP CitySuite, a Government ERP solution provided by Constellation Software Inc., to centralize public sector financial management for its utility operations. The engagement followed municipal approval under Resolution 2021-108 and was initiated through a software license, services, and support agreement executed with Harris Systems USA. CSI Harris ERP CitySuite was configured to address core public sector finance workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing financial controls, and fiscal reporting. The implementation emphasized fund accounting structures and chart of accounts alignment common to Government ERP deployments, and the CSI Harris ERP CitySuite configuration was tailored to support municipal utility revenue and expenditure tracking. Contractual governance preserved access to the incumbent Select Financials product during transition, the terms and conditions governing software support and fees for Select Financials were maintained for the duration of the CitySuite implementation, and after CitySuite goes live Select Financials will be retained for inquiry only and historical look up. This coexistence model formalizes operational continuity while CitySuite assumes transactional financial processing.
