Operational coverage included guest-facing payment flows across the resort and the back-office backup database, with configuration work oriented to keep check-in, check-out and payment processing uninterrupted during the cutover. Governance and rollout were managed through a technical discovery by an on-site Technical Manager, a compact plan of action from Shiji Professional Services, and around-the-clock support during the upgrade window. The Greenbrier reported successful PMS upgrade and integration with Shiji Astral Payments within the project timeframe and at minimal cost, improved payment efficiency, and a cleaned, properly performing backup database.
