Operational coverage targeted consumer banking and digital channels, and the bank introduced account linking and verification workflows to authorize top-ups from ordinary deposit accounts. Customer-facing pages were updated to include links to the provider's Line Pay service details from each service logo, supporting self-service enrollment and transaction initiation.
