| Operational Sustainability | Legacy | OESuite APM | Asset Performance Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 | In 2014 The International Group, Inc began implementing the OESuite APM software platform, deploying a solution classified as Asset Performance Management to consolidate operational and compliance workflows. The initial deployment targeted compliance management capabilities including Task / Compliance Management, CAPA / Action Item Management, MOC, Process Risk, PSSR / Operational Readiness, Audit Management, and Incident / Event Management, and the organization later moved to extend operations coverage across production and shift management. The implementation included configuration and extension into Operator Logs and Performance Management modules, with the IGI team quickly learning to configure the new modules based on prior experience with OESuite APM. Operational Sustainability provided a train-the-trainer engagement, delivering two weeks of end-user training and platform configuration so IGI could self-deploy new modules across sites. OESuite was used interoperably to tie historical incident and MOC records into real-time Operator Logs, improving visibility during shift handover by surfacing relevant event history within logs and rounds. The program reduced manual data assembly in control rooms by exposing OESuite data for analytics, and the implementation included integration points that consumed process historian data workflows that had previously been manually exported from OSI PI. Governance and rollout used a phased, self-implementation model, with IGI deploying Operator Logs and Performance Management to a first plant by late 2019 and progressing to a second plant thereafter. The train-the-trainer approach centralized configuration patterns and changed field workflows, enabling plant teams to own configuration, rounds, and log templates across departments and shifts while preserving audit and CAPA traceability. Outcomes reported by IGI were explicit, OESuite APM delivered real-time analytics to operators and managers which supported faster business decisions, improved operational discipline, and helped increase throughputs in plants. IGI extended views from OESuite into Microsoft Power BI for field access on Microsoft Surface tablets, and the platform evolved from an initial training and incident tracking tool into a company wide operational system used across sites. |
