Operational integration included ServiceNow for incident management and timeline reporting, and a command center model for post implementation support and issue orchestration. Project governance extended to executive steering committee reviews with frequent dashboard updates, departmental leads and super user change communication, and daily status and change management meetings to stabilize operations after cutover. Governance and program controls were implemented through maintained project artifacts such as charter, business case, schedule, resource plan, and risk and issue registers, with active risk monitoring and mitigation planning. Financial oversight was managed by the project team, including invoices for delivered services and budget issue resolution, while project management maintained the plan and issues list throughout the lifecycle to align delivery with stakeholder expectations.
