| Perforce | Legacy | Perforce Perfecto | Test Automation Platform | PaaS | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
Phoenix Holdings implemented Perforce Perfecto in 2023 as a cloud based Test Automation Platform to convert a predominantly manual QA operation into automated testing across multiple customer facing websites. The deployment targeted the organization’s 45 business testers and was scoped to meet stringent financial services security and compliance requirements unique to the Israeli market.
The implementation centered on Perforce Perfecto’s scriptless automation capability, marketed as Perfecto Scriptless, enabling code free test authoring, execution, and scheduling by business users. Configuration work focused on creating reusable scriptless test flows, establishing daily live checkup workflows for customer facing sites, and enabling testers to create automated tests from scratch after a short training period.
Perforce Perfecto was adopted as a SaaS cloud Test Automation Platform with documented security assurances including ISO 27001 certification to satisfy The Phoenix’s risk and regulatory controls. Operational coverage explicitly included all customer facing web properties, with testers running and monitoring automated test suites directly within Perforce Perfecto to provide continuous validation of production and pre production sites.
Governance and process changes included a two day vendor led training that converted 45 manual business testers into automation users, shifting test ownership toward business QA and embedding scriptless test creation into existing quality workflows. As a result The Phoenix became the first Israeli financial organization to adopt cloud based automated testing with Perforce Perfecto, establishing a precedent for cloud compliance and business led automation in the local financial sector.
