Infor Legacy Infor Geac ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2008 2008
In 2008 The Queen's Health Systems implemented Infor Geac ERP as its ERP Financial application to support core finance operations, including accounts payable and general ledger processing. The Infor Geac ERP deployment functioned as the organizationwide ERP Financial solution for transactional financial processing and for managing A/P interface workflows across finance teams. Implementation activities included creating extracts to convert data from GEAC financial application systems for loading into Oracle PeopleSoft, using Microsoft Access database queries, Excel workbooks, and mainframe programming languages for file conversion. Project work also produced Excel templates with data validations to standardize A/P interfaces, and the implementation emphasized extract, transform and load processing to reconcile GEAC data into downstream systems. Operational ownership rested with a single lead who provided customer support, acted as system administrator, handled maintenance including applying updates, and made most operational decisions with minimum guidance while reporting to the CIO for five years and currently reporting to the director of IT ERP. The Infor Geac ERP configuration therefore centered on A/P interface orchestration, data conversion tooling, and ongoing application administration within the finance function.

UKG Legacy UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) Workforce Management HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, The Queen's Health Systems deployed UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) as its Workforce Management solution to provide centralized timekeeping and scheduling across the enterprise. The implementation was owned by the enterprise administrative systems team that manages PeopleSoft HCM/ELM/FSCM/Portal and other operational applications, and it was provisioned to serve the organization’s roughly 10,000 employees across clinical and administrative functions. UKG Workforce Central was configured to support core Workforce Management capabilities including time and attendance, workforce scheduling, absence management, and labor analytics. Configuration work emphasized role-based access, pay-rule alignment with PeopleSoft payroll feeds, and the use of Workforce Central analytics for operational reporting and labor cost visibility. The deployment included direct integrations with PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft ELM, PeopleSoft FSCM and the corporate portal, and interfaces to planning and decision support tools Kaufman-Hall and EPSi, enabling HR and finance data synchronization. Interfaces were structured to support HR master data exchange and payroll data transfer, using scheduled interface processes consistent with enterprise administrative workflows. Governance and rollout were managed by the enterprise administrative systems organization, which standardized time approval workflows, scheduling policies, and exception handling across departments. Change management activities aligned Workforce Central operational procedures with existing PeopleSoft-driven HR processes, and the implementation delivered a consolidated platform for operational workforce administration and analytics within The Queen's Health Systems.
