Integration design and implementation were core activities, delivering interfaces between Ellucian Quercus and existing academic systems and data feeds, plus extract pipelines for statutory returns. The implemented architecture centered on a central student management application that orchestrates data exchange with course delivery systems and reporting endpoints through designed integration interfaces. Governance and rollout were managed by the Head of Academic Data & Systems who also led data governance, capability and protection, and statutory data collection responsibilities, coordinating supplier negotiation and operational handover. The program targeted registry and academic administration functions across the school and established governance workflows for ongoing data stewardship and supplier management.
