Illuminance AvantCare was configured with modules for client engagement, rostering and scheduling, invoicing and compliance case management, aligning with Medical Practice Management functional workflows for care coordination and funding administration. Accessibility configurations and user interface adjustments were applied to support vision impaired staff and day to day operational use. Reporting capabilities were extended to support audit and funding compliance workflows.
The program leveraged Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components to improve reporting and accessibility, integrating reporting workflows with the Medical Practice Management application to support staff with vision impairments. Governance changes included formalizing scheduling and compliance workflows and centralizing invoicing and client records within Illuminance AvantCare. Improvements to reporting and accessibility for vision impaired staff are documented in the case study.
