Dashboards and proofs of concept were validated with business users to confirm blended data models and analytic calculations. Visual Studio TFS was used for version control and change management of ETL artifacts and report development.
Governance and rollout activities included presenting Tableau dashboard implementations and updates to leadership, executive teams and product owners, capturing feedback for planned demos, and providing guidance for future state data design. A roadmap was produced to integrate additional data points of interest and to expand the dimensional reporting database and analytic coverage.
