In 2019, Thermokon Germany implemented Sepia Alterra PIM. Sepia Alterra PIM, a Product Information Management application, was deployed together with Alterra::DAM and Alterra::WebShop as the central product information backend for its B2B portal supporting product marketing and sales processes in Germany.
The implementation configured Sepia Alterra PIM to act as the product master, while Alterra::DAM provided centralized digital asset management and Alterra::WebShop delivered the customer facing storefront and faceted search capabilities. Functional capabilities implemented include personalized product data delivery, catalog management, digital asset linkage, and distribution of BIM downloads to planning users.
Integrations are explicitly implemented for real time pricing feeds from ERP and for distribution of BIM files to planners, tying product master records to transactional pricing and planning deliverables.
