The HRIS Analyst role led design, configuration and ongoing maintenance, and assisted with design and implementation changes to the in-house HR database to ensure operational alignment with Workday Absence Management.
Governance was structured around HRIS compliance across UK and international markets, documented HR processes, troubleshooting workflows and a developed HRIS reporting suite. Rollout and operational ownership emphasized data integrity, scheduled reporting and localized compliance configuration for absence policies across the International division.
