In 2014, Tiger Electric implemented Artsyl InvoiceAction as part of an AP Automation initiative to address high-volume invoice and document processing. Tiger Electric is a Colorado-based electrical contracting company where Toni Johnson, head of data retention, managed documents for more than 300 subcontractors and hundreds of commercial, residential and industrial projects and sought to remove repetitive manual scanning and data entry work.
The deployment centered on Artsyl capture capabilities, using docAlpha for intelligent document capture, OCR and data extraction to identify key fields such as builder name and work order number. Artsyl InvoiceAction was configured to support batch scanning workflows and automated classification so cover sheets and scanned batches could be routed and indexed without individual document handling, reducing per-folder scanning time dramatically.
Artsyl InvoiceAction and docAlpha were integrated with the KwikTag enterprise content management system from ImageTag to trigger case association and document routing. That integration fed extracted metadata into KwikTag to launch 13 configured workflows that automatically associated documents with specific contractors, projects and finance cases, and the solution impacted accounts payable, receivables, project management and data retention operations.
Governance and operational control were handed to internal users, enabling Johnson and her team to create and modify workflows directly in KwikTag supported by Artsyl capture rules. As a result, batch scanning plus automated indexing reduced a residential folder scan cycle from about 35 to 40 minutes down to roughly one and a half to three minutes, eliminated repetitive manual data entry tasks and improved cross team collaboration while maintaining document linkage to projects and contractors.

In 2016, Tiger Electric implemented GoDaddy Webmail. The manufacturing company Tiger Electric uses GoDaddy Webmail as part of its Collaboration tooling to provide corporate webmail and mailbox hosting on its public website. The deployment supports the firm's 50 person user base and is provisioned through the GoDaddy account tied to tigerelectricinc.com. The implementation scope centers on email delivery, webmail access, and mailbox management for administrative and field staff.
GoDaddy Webmail is configured to deliver standard Collaboration capabilities including web-based mail access, SMTP outbound routing, and IMAP or POP client synchronization as appropriate for desktop and mobile access. Administrative functions are managed through the GoDaddy control panel, covering mailbox creation, DNS MX record management, and user credentialing. Operational governance aligns with the company's account-level management under the GoDaddy hosting environment and internal password and access policies. The deployment reflects a hosted Collaboration approach integrated with the company website domain.

| KwikTag | Legacy | KwikTag Document Management | Document Management | Content Management | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Tiger Electric implemented KwikTag Document Management to centralize Document Management for project, contractor and finance document workflows. The Colorado-based electrical contractor manages documents for 300 plus subcontractors and hundreds of commercial, residential and industrial projects, and the implementation targeted reduction of manual data entry and scanner bottlenecks that were impeding accounts payable and project administration.
Deployment combined KwikTag Document Management with docAlpha from Artsyl for intelligent capture and automated classification. docAlpha was configured to identify fields such as builder name and work order number in both scanned paper and digital documents, and to pass extracted metadata to KwikTag Document Management to trigger routing and case association. Key functional capabilities implemented include batch scanning with cover sheets, automated data extraction, document classification, automatic filing into project or contractor cases, and workflow-driven document routing to stakeholders.
The integration between docAlpha and KwikTag was used across teams responsible for accounts payable, invoice processing, contractor onboarding and project file management. Operational coverage explicitly included scanning large residential folders that contain ten to fifteen blueprints and one to two hundred documents per address, allowing staff to scan batches instead of processing individual pages at a single scanner. Tiger Electric created 13 workflows within KwikTag supported by docAlpha to automate document lifecycle events and routing logic.
Governance shifted toward business users who were enabled to create and modify workflows directly within KwikTag, reducing reliance on a single scanning resource. Outcomes stated by the company include reducing scanning time for a residential folder from 35 to 40 minutes to between 1.5 and 3 minutes, improved team collaboration, and automated association of invoices and project documents with the correct cases. The implementation of KwikTag Document Management with docAlpha produced operational control over document processes while eliminating repetitive manual data entry.
