In 2019, Titan International implemented ADP Enterprise HR as its Core HR application to centralize payroll operations and workforce security administration. The deployment positioned ADP Enterprise HR as the primary system for payroll processing and security administration across corporate pay groups and U.S. locations.
Implementation scope centered on a master security administration model, with the Payroll Security Administrator responsible for system configuration, feature updates, and adding pay groups as needed. Functional capabilities implemented include user security provisioning, payroll processing and backup processing support, report design and distribution, payment and deduction research, and ongoing case management with ADP support.
Operational integrations and cross-functional coverage are explicit, the role liaises closely with human resources, finance, treasury, information technology, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure system performance. ADP Enterprise HR operations support maintenance of multiple government tax accounts, weekly 401k contribution reconciliation, quarterly 401k match reconciliation and coordination of restricted stock award activities for all U.S. locations, and the position engages with federal, state, or local authorities and auditors as required.
Governance and workflow changes were formalized through a single Master Security Administrator role with high confidentiality and independent judgment responsibilities, centralized case and support management with ADP, and cross-departmental coordination between payroll, finance, HR and IT. The implementation emphasized compliance with laws and regulations, structured handoffs for payroll and treasury activities, and established backup payroll processing procedures to maintain operational continuity.

In 2017 Titan International implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as its Enterprise Asset Management platform at the Bryan, Ohio off the road tire manufacturing site. The deployment focused on operationalizing asset lifecycle processes and centralizing plant-level maintenance execution.
HxGN EAM was configured to support standard Enterprise Asset Management capabilities, including an asset register, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and spare parts inventory management. The implementation included shop floor control access patterns and was extended to thin client interfaces used on the production floor to enable technicians to view and close work orders.
The technical footprint was primarily on-premises, administered on Windows Server 2012 and 2016 hosts and a VMware virtual environment, with user accounts and authentication managed through Active Directory. Operational integrations supported by plant IT included IBM AS400 operations and IBM Client Access, LX ERP, Infor IDF, and Crossroads for transactional and master data exchange between ERP and EAM workflows.
Governance and operational ownership remained with local IT and site maintenance teams, with plant IT providing day to day administration, helpdesk response, network services including DHCP and DNS, and shop floor peripherals support. Administration tasks explicitly covered by site staff included server and virtual environment maintenance, thin client configuration for shop floor control, and application support for HxGN EAM.

In 2018, Titan International implemented Oracle Analytics Cloud to centralize finance reporting and analytics. The deployment targeted Analytics and BI use cases supporting Account to Close workflows and planning and budgeting activities within the finance organization.
The implementation work referenced support for Oracle Fusion Release 19B Account to Close applications, Essbase, Oracle EPM and Planning Budgeting Cloud Services PBCS, and the Essbase Smart View Excel Add-in alongside Oracle Analytics Cloud. Configuration emphasized development of optimized analytic applications, interactive dashboards, and modeled data layers to enable both scheduled reporting and ad hoc user requests.
Integrations include direct interoperability with Oracle Fusion 19B ATC modules, Essbase cubes, and Oracle EPM/PBCS datasets, enabling consolidated financial data flows into Oracle Analytics Cloud. Operational coverage centered on finance, planning and budgeting teams with analytics consumption through Smart View and OAC visualization interfaces.
Governance and operational support were structured around a finance-aligned application owner role that requires comprehensive understanding of business requirements, application configuration, and ad hoc user support. The role responsibilities indicate ongoing application optimization, requirement-driven development, and support workflows for analytic changes and user requests.
