Governance and runbook responsibilities were assigned to a System Support Staff role that performed daily data encoding, verification of manually added sales against store-submitted barcode monitoring forms, preparation of barcode memos, and acted as reliever for NAV or RPRO issues. The support role was staffed as a full time position with a posted compensation range of ₱15,000.00 to ₱16,000.00 per month, with the job posting closed five years ago.
