Kenoby Recruitment was configured to operate as a Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System, leveraging standard ATS capabilities including job posting management, candidate pipelines, resume parsing, interview scheduling, and automated candidate communications. Configurable pipelines and workflow automation were used to standardize stages from application to interview, and custom fields and templates were applied to capture insurance-specific hiring criteria.
The implementation integrated Kenoby Recruitment directly with the Too Seguros website to host job listings and capture applications through embedded career site forms and application flows. Operational coverage included HR recruiters and hiring managers who use the platform to review candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain the candidate database. Data governance features such as role based access controls and structured requisition workflows were applied to control who can create jobs, move candidates, and access sensitive candidate information.
Governance and process changes focused on standardizing recruiting workflows and formalizing requisition and interview handoffs to align with internal HR processes.
