In 2014, Too Seguros implemented I4PRO ERP as its Insurance ERP to centralize core insurance back office processes for the Brazil-based insurer with 160 employees. The implementation covered ongoing maintenance, support and new deployments under a single ownership model, and assigned responsibility for requirements gathering, functional and technical specifications, and reporting development to the internal implementation team.
The deployment emphasized requirements surveys and detailed specification work, with the team producing functional and technical specifications prior to configuration. Reporting development and data adjustments for auditability were explicit deliverables, and the I4PRO ERP configuration work focused on insurance operational workflows including policy administration, billing and claims-aligned processes, data validation rules and workflow automation consistent with Insurance ERP capabilities.
Operational governance combined a support and maintenance practice with a deployment cadence for new releases, and included analysis and adjustments to information for audit readiness and compliance reporting. The scope extended across underwriting, policy administration, finance and claims functions, with the I4PRO ERP maintained as the primary system for reporting, audit data correction and functional enhancements.
