In 2019 TP ICAP implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform to consolidate finance and accounting functions across the firm. Oracle E-Business Suite was positioned to act as the central financial system of record, aligning accounts, period close workflows, and statutory reporting under the ERP Financial category.
The implementation focused on core Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules commonly used in ERP Financial deployments, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management, with configuration for multi-ledger accounting and controlled period close processes. Workstreams emphasized chart of accounts design, ledger configurations, intercompany transaction handling, and automation of regular financial batch processes.
Operational governance has included defined technical stewardship, evidenced by an Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Lead role at TP ICAP beginning in November 2022, supporting ongoing application lifecycle activities such as patching, customizations, and incident management. This governance model indicates centralized operational ownership for Oracle E-Business Suite, tying the Company, Oracle E-Business Suite, ERP Financial category, and core finance and accounting business functions into a sustained production support posture.

In 2022, TP ICAP deployed Workday Absence Management as a targeted module inside its broader Workday HRIS program, establishing absence and leave recordkeeping under the Absence and Leave Management category. The implementation was led from an internal HRIS function that owns and manages Workday end to end, driving business process configuration, reporting, testing, and change management for the platform.
Configuration work focused on Absence and Time tracking while aligning Authentication & Security, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Compensation & Benefit, and Integration functional areas with absence workflows. Workday Absence Management was configured to support standard absence request and approval workflows, leave entitlement calculations, and audit-ready absence reporting, with business process configuration and automation handled by the HRIS team.
TP ICAP maintained and developed integrations to support absence data flows and operational reporting, with the HRIS function responsible for mapping feeds, scheduling transfers, and delivering dashboards and Workday reports. The implementation emphasized integrated time tracking data and consolidated HR reporting, with integrations treated as core components of the absence lifecycle rather than isolated connectors.
Governance was centralized with the Workday HRIS Manager accountable for release impact assessment, communication, security design and audits, post-production support, and ongoing enhancements. Operational processes included structured testing and change control, regular security and data integrity audits, and a continuous improvement cadence to refine absence policies and automation within Workday Absence Management.

In 2021, TP ICAP implemented Alteryx One Platform as a core component of its Analytics and BI environment. The deployment was positioned to support TP ICAP’s Management Information Solution, consolidating data across both brands to provide senior stakeholders with unified reporting and analysis.
Alteryx One Platform was configured to handle data preparation, ETL, blending, and advanced data mining workflows, supporting repeatable analytics pipelines and automation of pre-processing tasks. Functional capabilities implemented included data cleansing and transformation, analytic workflow orchestration, and output feeds for visualization and reporting layers, consistent with standard Analytics and BI operations.
The implementation integrated explicitly with the existing Qlik environment including QlikView and QlikSense, QlikServer, NPrinting NewsStand, and Microsoft SQL Server, enabling Alteryx One Platform to act as the data preparation and enrichment layer feeding Qlik visualizations and MI reports. Operational coverage targeted the central BI and MI teams, combining datasets from both brands to create consolidated views of customer interactions and relationships.
Governance was formalized through team-level standards and procedures, with the BI leadership responsible for coaching, mentoring, and enforcing workflow and data quality rules across the BI/MI function. The platform supported the stated objective of helping to support sustained business growth by analysing customer interactions and relationships through a unified Analytics and BI capability.
