ISAH Business software Legacy ISAH Mobile Field Service Field Service Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019 In 2019 Trappenfabriek Vermeulen deployed ISAH Mobile Field Service as part of a first phase Isah ERP rollout that also included Isah Time Registration and Shop Floor Control. The implementation covered the companys Etten-Leur operations and its workforce of about 130 employees. ISAH Mobile Field Service served as the Field Service Management component to provide mobile time capture and daily operational visibility for production and installation teams. The core configuration centered on Isah Time Registration integrated into the mobile workflow, enabling employees to register start and stop times and submit leave requests directly from the shop floor. Time capture was moved from coarse quarter hour rounding to per-minute registration, improving granularity for order costing and activity tracking. The solution also exposed exceptions and approval queues so managers focus on outliers rather than full timesheet audits. The deployment linked mobile time registration with Shop Floor Control and the finance intake process, creating a data flow from field activity to payroll and order costing. Operational coverage included production floor teams, installation crews, team managers and the financial administration, with approvals shifted to team managers who review daily activity instead of weekly aggregated notes. This architecture strengthened visibility into time allocation across orders and production operations. Governance changes emphasized shared responsibility and lightweight training, employees entering and verifying their own hours and managers approving exceptions. The rollout used short training sessions and hands-on support to drive adoption, and the organization reported a reduction in administrative effort for time processing from 16 hours per week to two hours per week, a 14 hour per week savings. The implementation also established a foundation for subsequent digitization efforts, including production receipts in Shop Floor Control and a digital article file to support part lists and operation sequencing.
