OpenText Vendor Invoice Management was deployed as the company’s AP Automation solution to standardize invoice intake and processing across Finance & Accounting, reinforcing procure-to-pay and record-to-report workflows within its SAP-centered financial environment.
The implementation configured core OpenText Vendor Invoice Management capabilities including automated invoice capture, optical character recognition, vendor invoice validation, configurable approval workflows, and PO and non-PO matching. The project emphasized workflow orchestration and exception routing so that posting-ready invoices and validation data are handed off into SAP financial posting processes, aligning invoice processing with accounts payable controls and month-end routines.
The OpenText Vendor Invoice Management deployment was integrated with TreeHouse’s SAP landscape, including Central Finance, Central Payments, FSCM and Treasury & Risk Management, and other SAP modules that support PTP and RTR. Governance work focused on Finance & Accounting process standardization and centralized invoice intake, creating consistent approval flows and control points that interface directly with SAP posting and payment orchestration systems.
