In 2018 Trifoli implemented MailChannels to manage Transactional Email for its customer-facing website. The deployment targeted reliable delivery of automated messages generated by the web storefront and account management workflows.
MailChannels was configured as the primary outgoing mail service, using SMTP relay and API endpoints to send order confirmations, password resets, and other programmatic notifications. Configuration work centered on delivery routing, bounce and complaint handling, header and envelope management, and delivery monitoring consistent with Transactional Email operational patterns.
Integration scope was limited to the company website and its web application stack, with DNS and domain authentication changes applied to support SPF and DKIM signing for the sending domain. Governance consolidated transactional sending under MailChannels and assigned operational ownership to web operations and customer service functions to separate programmatic messages from other communication streams.
