The upgrade to the NetSuite cloud removed disconnected point solutions and eliminated time-consuming manual reconciliations between systems, creating a cloud-native architecture that centralized transactional and master data. Operational coverage extended across TriggerPoint’s sales, inventory and finance functions, with real-time sales visibility used by commercial teams to monitor performance and prioritize fulfillment and account activity. Governance focused on centralized access and workflow standardization so teams could rely on one place for required information, reducing information silos and improving internal communication.
