In 2022, TriMark implemented Ceridian Dayforce HCM as its Core HR platform to consolidate HR administration across multiple divisions and sites. The deployment was positioned as a full suite implementation of Ceridian Dayforce HCM replacing nine distinct ADP Workforce Now platforms, centralizing Core HR and related HR operations under a unified system.
The Ceridian Dayforce HCM rollout covered functional modules aligned to the company Total Rewards remit, including payroll, benefits administration, compensation management, HR analytics, and time off management, and it was configured to support an Unlimited PTO policy for the exempt population. Configuration work emphasized compensation plan standardization and the introduction of a market based pay philosophy, and Dayforce was used to operationalize redesigned sales compensation plans into a single commission framework for multiple divisions.
Operational integrations and scope included migration from ADP Workforce Now and connections to a newly implemented immigration vendor, alongside benefits governance changes following completion of a benefits broker RFP. The program was managed nationally by a Total Rewards team of nine professionals responsible for Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, Analytics, Payroll, Immigration and HR Operations, and the technical consolidation supported a One TriMark operating model across all sites.
Governance and process transformation were central to the implementation, with launch of a Total Rewards center of excellence to harmonize previously siloed regional practices. As outcomes reported during the program, the COE increased operating efficiency, immigration vendor changes reduced year over year costs by 35 percent, over 100 disparate contribution strategies were aligned to four, and benefits and compensation redesigns were completed alongside the Ceridian Dayforce HCM deployment.
