FIS GETPAID was configured to provide standardized AR workflows, rule based cash application, automated collections workqueues, and reporting feeds for finance stakeholders. Configuration and administrative controls were applied to transaction posting rules, notification and escalation logic, and reconciliation procedures to reduce manual exceptions. The full application name FIS GETPAID is reflected in operational documentation and system inventories.
Operational ownership rested with Trimble accounts receivable administrators who maintained and troubleshot the GETPAID system to ensure departmental goals were current. Governance emphasized configuration management, documented runbooks for troubleshooting, and change control around AR processing rules and user access. The implementation narrative centers on Trimble FIS GETPAID AR Automation supporting core receivables processes and ongoing administrator led system stewardship.

In 2014, Trimble implemented Workday Benefits as its Benefits Administration solution. The deployment formed part of a broader Workday footprint used to centralize benefits, onboarding, and time off plan management across a multi-location, multicultural global People organization.
Workday Benefits was configured to support core benefits administration workflows, including benefits enrollment events, PTO plan configuration, and onboarding-related eligibility. The implementation included configuration and testing of supervisory organization maintenance, compensation change processes, and termination workflows, and created repeatable EIB loads for mandatory pay increases, acquisition data transfers, and reorganizations.
Operational support was delivered through a global ticketing and help desk model that handled report generation and scheduling, recurring data audits, access issues, and global WD account requests. The People Systems Analyst role provided ongoing auditing, troubleshooting, issue replication and escalation to People Systems SMEs, and assisted with regular Workday release testing and validation of Workday Benefits functionality.
Governance emphasized documentation and process playbooks, with compiled work instructions for compensation changes, terminations, and new supervisory organization requests, and a focus on data integrity through coordination with PX Partners and People Ops. The implementation approach balanced project support for new configuration and data loads with day to day operational support and audit readiness for Benefits Administration and adjacent HCM processes.
