In 2025 Trime implemented CGM Z1.PRO, a Medical Practice Management application, to align business function workstreams with enhanced after-sales support for TRIME USA. The CGM Z1.PRO deployment was accompanied by a Components Engine implementation to provide an interactive online spare-parts catalog and parts ordering portal for the United States market.
Components Engine delivers interactive 2D exploded drawings, part selection workflows, and real-time price and availability capabilities, and the vendor case announcement specifies module usage as interactive parts catalog / PIM. The implementation emphasizes catalog-driven part selection to surface accurate SKU data and ordering options within service and support workflows.
Operational coverage focuses on after-sales, service operations and parts logistics for TRIME USA, exposing catalog and ordering capabilities to service technicians and customer-facing fulfillment processes. The Components Engine catalog and PIM are positioned to support parts ordering and inventory visibility as part of the CGM Z1.PRO deployment context.
Governance and rollout followed the vendor case announcement, with Components Engine responsible for catalog management and PIM workflows while CGM Z1.PRO provides the Medical Practice Management context for business function alignment. The deployment is intended to reduce errors and machine downtime by improving part selection accuracy and providing real-time pricing and availability information.
