In 2024 Triumph International's Poland organization implemented Mindento Expense to modernize planning, purchasing and employee expense processes. Mindento Expense was deployed as the Expense Management application supporting finance and travel and entertainment workflows in Poland.
The deployment emphasized expense and T&E modules, with mobile access for receipts and approvals and SAP posting integration for automated journal and posting creation. Configuration focused on expense capture, approval routing, and automated posting mappings to align with existing SAP file formats, enabling finance to accelerate month end accounting processes.
Integrations included fast file integration with SAP, using structured SAP posting files to push expense data into the corporate ledger, and mobile endpoints for claim submission and manager approvals. Operational scope was explicitly finance and T&E for Triumph Poland, covering employee expense submission, purchasing verification, and month end posting activities.
Governance and process changes centralized expense submission and automated SAP posting to shorten reconciliation windows, with rollout targeting Poland finance teams and managers.
