Sage Business Cloud X3 was configured to handle financial management, inventory control, order-to-cash processing, purchasing, and distribution workflows. Implementation work included master data consolidation, chart of accounts alignment, pricing and tax rules, and orchestration of multi-channel order flows into the ERP for fulfillment and financial posting. Automation focused on consolidating orders and ensuring consistent ledger postings from commerce and channel transactions.
Integrations tied the Sage Business Cloud X3 backend to the Magento web storefront, the Bronto targeted email marketing platform, and a custom search integration by Nextopia.
