Exela Technologies Legacy Exela Lockbox AR Automation ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, TXU Energy implemented Exela Lockbox as an AR Automation solution to centralize lockbox receipts and collections processing for the company and its receivables entity. The implementation covered account receivable and treasury workflows for Seller TXU Energy Receivables Company LLC and Servicer TXU Energy Retail Company LLC, aligning lockbox intake with corporate collections and cash management functions across the United States. Exela Lockbox was configured to manage Schedule II lock-box banks and to orchestrate collection account to concentration account mappings, enabling automated remittance capture, image processing, electronic cash application, and exception routing consistent with AR Automation capabilities. Configuration included functional modules for deposit posting, collections account reconciliation, and automated reconciliation workqueues, with rules to route exceptions to collections teams and treasury for investigation. The deployment integrated directly with named banking relationships listed in the Schedule II filing, including multiple demand deposit accounts at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., account numbers 771056918, 771056934, 771056926, 771056942, 08806369334, 323050158, and 298387579, and an account at The Bank of New York Mellon, account number 1020329. Payment processing flows incorporated the named payment processor Transcentra Inc., located at 2701 E Grauwyler Building 1 Irving Texas 75061, with bank account mappings structured to collect funds into the designated concentration accounts for downstream reconciliation. Governance and operational controls were formalized through the Schedule II and Schedule III documentation, establishing the mapping between Lock-Box Bank accounts and related collection workflows, and clarifying the roles of the seller and servicer in remittance custody and reporting. Day to day operations emphasized centralized deposit posting, reconciled cash application, and documented exception handling procedures, with audit trails tied to the Exela Lockbox AR Automation configuration.

Oracle Legacy Oracle OBIEE Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, TXU Energy implemented Oracle OBIEE, deploying Oracle BI Enterprise Edition in a distributed environment to support Analytics and BI. The implementation included administration and migration of BI repositories across development, test and production environments, and the team translated functional requirements into technical requirements, completed a proof of concept, and built a detailed project schedule. Oracle BI Server, Presentation Server and Repository components were installed and the project established ongoing Oracle BI Administration responsibilities. Daily status meetings and technical Conference Room Pilot sessions were used to drive the rollout and to prepare the operational plan. Functional workstreams delivered custom Interactive Dashboards, Answers and Oracle BI Apps Applications with configuration of the HR Analytics module that ingested data sourced from PeopleSoft. Development work used Oracle BI repository design across the Physical, Logical and Presentation layers, and BI Publisher was used to generate pixel perfect reports and custom outputs such as gross and net reports on new connections and cancellations by hour, day, week and year across regions. The ETL layer was implemented with Informatica, including optical metadata modeling and incremental ETL mappings and workflows to populate the OBIEE reporting solution. Governance controls included department level data security applied to BI reports and dashboards to enforce access segregation and operational reporting standards.
