In 2019, u-blox Holding selected Sage People HR and People Analytics for a multinational HR rollout across approximately 25 countries to gain global workforce visibility. The engagement targeted unified human capital data and analytics capabilities within the Workforce Analytics category to centralize employee records and reporting.
Tugela People served as the implementation partner that configured core HR, reporting and single sign on, and that implemented additional modules for recruitment, performance management and resource planning. Sage People HR and People Analytics was configured to operate as the system of record for headcount, job and position data, and to surface People Analytics reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
The deployment included integrated module workflows between core HR and talent modules, with reporting instrumentation to support cross country workforce visibility. SSO was implemented to standardize authentication across the deployed countries, and reporting configuration was emphasized to consolidate workforce metrics from the platform.
Rollout was executed in phased implementation waves across the approximately 25 countries, with Tugela People leading configuration and go live activities and HR process changes aligned to the new platform. Operational scope focused on HR, talent acquisition, performance management and workforce planning, with governance centered on partner driven configuration, consolidated reporting, and staged module enablement.
