In 2018, the U.S. Department of the Treasury implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application. The engagement was centered on application support and upgrade stabilization tied to agency Manufacturing Support Suite and Manufacturing Execution Console operations and maintenance activities.
Workstreams included successfully supporting an Oracle R12 upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, along with system administration for Oracle E-Business Suite and the underlying middleware stack including Oracle WebLogic and database components on SQL Server. The team developed and maintained Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL scripts to deliver required customizations and to support transactional and reporting needs within the ERP Financial environment.
Parallel asset and maintenance workstreams covered IBM Maximo 7.6, including upgrades from 7.6.0.9 to 7.6.1 and configuration of Maximo modules such as Work Orders, PMs, Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, and Safety. The implementation assisted in the development of interfaces between Maximo and Oracle R12 to align maintenance, procurement, and financial records, and included Maximo installations, patches, and ongoing O&M support.
Governance and rollout processes included requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, leading testing efforts from creation of test scenarios to execution of test scripts, and directing UAT and training sessions to drive end user adoption. Operational support encompassed issue resolution, change and service request management, workflow administration for escalations and task reassignments, and documented technical designs to meet agency business requirements.

In 2022, the U.S. Department of the Treasury deployed Moodle LMS on its website to provide an enterprise learning portal. The Moodle LMS implementation is classified under the Learning and Development category and supports departmental training, compliance learning, and curriculum delivery. U.S. Department of the Treasury Moodle LMS Learning and Development is presented through treasury.gov as a web hosted platform for internal learning functions.
Functionally the Moodle LMS deployment leverages standard platform modules including course and curriculum management, content authoring and delivery, assessments and gradebook, user management with role based permissions, and reporting and analytics consistent with Learning and Development platforms. The implementation is surfaced on the department website and uses enrollment and cohort management typical of LMS deployments. Governance is oriented to centralized curriculum administration and role based content publishing to support training teams and course owners across Treasury bureaus. The configuration concentrates on platform level LMS capabilities and web delivery rather than named external system integrations.

In 2018, the U.S. Department of the Treasury implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform. The engagement spanned 2018 to 2019 and focused on Manufacturing Support Suite and Manufacturing Execution Console operations and maintenance support for agency asset and manufacturing workflows.
The deployment configured and customized core IBM Maximo modules including Work Orders, PMs, Assets, Inventory, Purchasing and Safety in Maximo 7.6. Workflow administration was used to develop escalations, stop processes and task reassignments, while application and solution development produced customizations and detailed technical designs to meet project and client requirements.
System architecture and operations included Maximo installations, patches and upgrades, plus administration across Oracle WebLogic, SQL Server, Oracle R12 and the underlying system components. The team successfully supported an Oracle R12 upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6 and supported a Maximo upgrade from 7.6.0.9 to Maximo 7.6.1. Maximo was configured and interfaces to external systems were developed and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts were created per user requirements.
Program governance emphasized direct client engagement and requirements gathering, with the lead facilitating sessions with clients and system developers to resolve issues, change requests and service requests. Testing and release governance covered creation of test scenarios, execution of test scripts, leading UAT and conducting training sessions to increase end user adoption, with ongoing system administration and user support provided.
Operational signals include explicit successful support for the Oracle R12 upgrade and the Maximo 7.6 upgrade, and sustained operations and maintenance support for Manufacturing Support Suite and Manufacturing Execution Console. These activities indicate a production focused Enterprise Asset Management footprint within Treasury manufacturing and maintenance functions.
