Governance and workflow changes centered on monitoring work quality, enforcing internal policies and service level standards, and resolving MSP exceptions through daily review of balancing reports. Operational management responsibilities included scheduling and directing CTO workflows, providing technical direction and training for staff, reviewing and approving daily payment and disbursement work, and maintaining documented procedures in RADAR while providing supervision in the absence of higher level managers.
